You are a results-driven Sr. Digital Marketing Executive responsible for leading digital marketing, eCommerce advertising, and organic growth initiatives. Your role involves utilizing your experience in performance marketing, SEO, SMO, and data-driven campaign optimization to drive customer acquisition, online sales, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute multi-channel Ads specific to eCommerce platforms such as bigbasket, zepto, blikit, and Flipkart.
- Manage integrated Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
- Continuously refine audience targeting, bidding, and creative assets to maximize Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS).
- Improve organic visibility and brand engagement through SEO and SMO strategies.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Cost per Acquisition (CPA), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Conversion using Google Analytics/GTM.
- Conduct A/B testing for landing pages and creatives to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to provide actionable performance insights.

Qualifications Required:
- Proven experience in Performance Marketing, SEO, and SMO.
- Hands-on expertise in eCommerce advertising on platforms like bigbasket, zepto, blikit, and Flipkart.
- Solid understanding of funnel optimization and marketing attribution.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

The company offers a full-time, permanent position with a monthly salary ranging from 30,000.00 to 40,000.90. Additional benefits include cell phone reimbursement, leave encashment, and Provident Fund. The work location is in person.
