This role is perfect for a creative strategist passionate about sports and experienced in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for building brand awareness, engaging fan bases, and driving commercial success for our diverse roster of athletes and sports properties. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, blending office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns for athletes, teams, and sports events. Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities and partnerships with relevant brands and organizations. Manage social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and fan engagement. Plan and execute events, activations, and promotional activities to drive audience participation and media coverage. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, target demographics, and competitive landscapes. Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key stakeholders in the sports industry. Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management. Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, PR, and athlete management, to ensure cohesive brand messaging. Stay updated on the latest trends in sports, marketing, and digital media.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sports marketing, brand management, or a related role. Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with sponsors and partners. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and reporting. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Experience in a hybrid work setting, with effective remote communication skills.
