Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sponsorship Manager to join our team on-site in Faridabad. The Sponsorship Manager will be responsible for identifying potential sponsors, developing relationships, and securing sponsorship deals. The role requires crafting tailored sponsorship proposals, executing sponsorship activation plans, and collaborating closely with the event management team to ensure successful delivery of sponsored initiatives. This position involves meeting targets, fostering long-term partnerships, and contributing to the growth of our events and organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sponsorship Sales and expertise in identifying and engaging potential sponsors
• Strong Communication and Sales skills to build and nurture client relationships
• Experience in Sponsorship Activation, ensuring sponsors' needs and goals are effectively met
• Knowledge of and experience in Event Management to oversee the delivery of sponsored activities
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally within teams and with external partners
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Creativity and strategic thinking to develop innovative sponsorship packages
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
