Role Overview:
You will be responsible for managing field and events marketing activities for the company. This includes end-to-end event execution, sales activation, lead capture and qualification, post-event reporting, ROI tracking, and merchandising management. You will collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure successful event outcomes and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end event execution:
- Own event delivery from planning to wrap-up, including event calendar inputs, project plans, vendor selection/management, logistics, booth/collateral coordination, staffing readiness, and on-site execution.
- Ensure brand and message consistency with approved assets and content bundles.

- Sales activation (pre-event and post-event):
- Partner with sales to drive structured activation, including target account lists, invite strategy, meeting booking support, on-site success criteria, roles and responsibilities, and daily action plans.
- Run pre-event readiness meetings and post-event outcomes reviews with sales teams.

- Lead capture, qualification, and handoff discipline:
- Ensure each contact/participant/lead is captured with required data and qualification questions.
- Reconcile leads post-event and route leads within agreed timelines.
- Track follow-up completion against SLA and escalate exceptions to the Regional Marketing Owner.

- Post-event reporting and ROI tracking:
- Deliver post-event reports including outcomes vs targets, spend, learnings, pipeline influence tracking, next-step actions, and improvements for future events.
- Maintain event learnings log and contribute to playbook updates.

- Merchandising management:
- Own merchandising briefs and supplier coordination, including sourcing, quality control, delivery timelines, and inventory discipline.
- Ensure merchandising supports the campaign theme and partner activation needs.

Qualifications Required:
- 36 years experience in B2B field marketing/events (industrial/technical preferred)
- Graduate in Mass Communication
- Proven event delivery experience across multiple countries or regions
- Strong vendor management, logistics planning, and operational execution skills
- Experience working with sales teams on target accounts and meeting programs
- Willingness and ability to travel significantly across India and SEA
