The Spares Incharge is responsible for managing the spare parts inventory, ensuring the availability of parts to meet service and sales demands, and overseeing the efficient operation of the spare parts department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management:
  • Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels of spare parts.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Implement inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and obsolescence.
  • Manage the procurement process, including ordering, receiving, and storing parts.
  • Sales and Customer Service:
  • Assist customers in identifying and purchasing spare parts.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the profitability of the spare parts department.
  • Team Management:
  • Supervise and train spare parts staff.
  • Delegate tasks and ensure efficient workflow within the department.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  • Operations and Compliance:
  • Maintain a clean and organized spare parts storage area.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and submit reports on inventory, sales, and other key metrics.

  • Qualifications:
  • Education: Higher Secondary school, diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience in spare parts management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts.
  • Excellent inventory management and control skills.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.

  • Additional Skills (Preferred):
  • Knowledge of two-wheeler models and parts.
  • Experience with sales and marketing.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

    Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
