    Job Description
  • Prepare quarterly Non‑Moving Inventory reports and recommend actions for healthy stock levels.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners for timely deliveries, lost‑shipment recovery, insurance claims, and advance contract renewals.
  • Conduct periodic audits at regional warehouses to review inventory levels, storage quality, process adherence, and improvement opportunities.
  • Lead and manage warehouse personnel, ensuring compliance with operational standards and effective stakeholder/third‑party coordination.
  • Drive process innovation by introducing new warehouse management tools and methods; ensure timely creation of new spare codes and launch‑week parts availability.
  • Handle price mapping and uploads in CRM/SAP, manage warehouse space, monitor Auto‑MSL replenishment, perform gap analysis, and ensure use of quality packing materials to reduce COPQ.

    • The Successful Applicant

    A successful Head Spares Warehouse should have:
  • Graduate Engineer or master's degree in science / Electronics stream of study from a reputed College / Engineering institute. MBA/Diploma in Warehouse Management is preferred.
  • During career life cycle, have at least 2 ~ 3 years experience in working with overseas vendors on spare parts procurement and understand the various IMP-EX standards.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards for warehouse operations.
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management software and tools.
