  • Coordinate with kitchen staff and helpers for smooth kitchen operations.
  • Maintain stock levels and inform the supervisor for replenishment.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment and utensils.
  • Follow safety procedures while handling hot equipment and cooking tools.
  • Assist in menu planning and introducing new South Indian dishes if required.
  • Ensure timely preparation and service during breakfast, lunch, or dinner service.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all food items.
  • Follow standard recipes and portion sizes as per hotel/restaurant standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area as per food safety standards.
  • Check the quality and freshness of raw materials and ingredients before use.

    Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
