Job Title: Solution Director

Role Overview This role requires strategic vision, strong leadership, and expertise in digital technologies and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute transformation strategies aligned with client business objectives
• Support Sales team in Business Development of Key Initiatives.
• Lead solution architecture and delivery for complex business and technology challenges.
• Drive adoption of Solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end program management, including scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with client leadership and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Act as a trusted advisor for digital transformation and operational excellence.
• Monitor KPIs and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• People manager responsibilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in engineering, Technology, or Business.
• 12+ years of experience in transformation leadership, solution architecture, or consulting.
• Strong expertise in digital strategy, and enterprise technology.
• Certifications such as PMP, Agile, TOGAF, ITIL, or Six Sigma (preferred).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
