Role Overview:
As a Solutions Architect Marketing Operations, your primary responsibility will be to develop end-to-end marketing solutions that meet client requirements and business objectives. You will lead the proposal and RFP response process, collaborate with sales and business development teams to create compelling commercial proposals, and engage with clients to ensure successful deal closure. Additionally, you will stay updated on industry trends and collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop end-to-end marketing solutions aligned with client requirements and business objectives.
- Lead the proposal/RFP response process, including requirement analysis, solution design, technical identification, and pricing models.
- Partner with Sales and Business Development teams to create compelling commercial proposals and pricing strategies.
- Interact with clients to understand needs, present solutions, and ensure successful deal closure.
- Work closely with product teams, commercials, transition teams, and partners for seamless solution delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to inform solution design and pricing strategies.
- Prepare and maintain solution documentation, technical specifications, and user guides in line with Capgemini methodology.

Qualifications Required:
- Proficiency in Marketing Technologies, CRM systems, Data Analytics, and Cloud Platforms.
- Expertise in Digital Marketing strategies such as SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, and social media.
- Knowledge of Generative AI applications in marketing, including AI-driven content creation and personalization.
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies such as Managed Services, Outcome-based pricing, and Competitive Analysis.
- Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentation skills.
