You will be responsible for working cross-functionally to understand architecture needs by multiple business units. You must feel comfortable owning the entire architecture development process from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:
- Lead technology design and solutions for Retail, eCommerce, and digital marketing, focusing on driving digital transformations for personalized customer experiences, In-store Retail Tech, POS, OMS, WMS.
- Own and drive the creation of technical solution designs, collaborate with engineering/delivery teams, and build technology solutions and proofs-of-concept architectures.
- Provide technical and solution leadership, mentor team members.
- Act as Retail Technology and Architecture Leader for business solutions, ensuring critical thinking and collaboration. Bring processes, patterns, tooling/automation to improve architectural maturity.

Collaborate with business users to create architecture aligned with business needs.
Produce documentation to aid in understanding existing architecture solutions.

Requirements:
- Develop and execute a thought leadership strategy positioning the organization as a leader and innovator in the industry.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive thought leadership strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments through in-depth research.
- Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders, industry experts, influencers, and partners to co-create thought leadership content.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Ability to demonstrate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Involved in Pre-sales, Sales, and content creation.
- Experience in constructing estimation modes, proposals, RFPs, RFIs.
- Broad knowledge of the evolving Retail and technology landscape.
- Independent thinker with experience in developing solution offerings.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and guide on best practices and guidelines.
