Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer with strong hands-on experience in

Python, Playwright, and RPA technologies to design, develop, and maintain scalable

automation solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building robust web and

process automation frameworks with a focus on reliability, performance, and maintainability.

This role requires strong technical expertise, an ownership mindset, and excellent

communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

 Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using P ython, Playwright, and

RPA tools

 Build and enhance web automation frameworks for complex and dynamic web portals

 Develop end-to-end RPA workflows to automate business processes

 Implement proper exception handling, logging, monitoring, and error recovery

mechanisms

 Integrate automation workflows with APIs, databases, and file systems

 Handle dynamic web elements, authentication flows, and session management

 Collaborate with Product, QA, and Business teams to understand and translate

automation requirements

 Ensure high code quality, reusability, scalability, and documentation standards

 Support deployment, optimization, and continuous enhancement of automation

solutions

Required Skills and Experience

 Strong hands-on experience with Python

 Proven experience with Playwright for browser automation and testing

 Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or

Blue Prism

 Good understanding of web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript

 Experience working with APIs (REST), databases, and structured/unstructured files

 Familiarity with version control systems such as Git

 Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

 Ability to work independently and take ownership of automation initiatives

 Good communication skills (verbal and written)

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

 Experience in designing automation frameworks from scratch

 Exposure to CI/CD pipelines

 Experience working in agile environments
