Job Title: Senior QA – Mobile Automation (Flutter) | QA Lead (Manual + Automation)

About the Role

Hoora is looking for a Senior QA with strong expertise in mobile automation for high-scale consumer tech applications (10L+ MAU). The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience building and maintaining Flutter automation frameworks (integration_test/Appium) executed on real devices with CI/CD integration.

In addition, this role will also function as a QA Lead, owning end-to-end quality across mobile (Android & iOS) and web applications, driving QA strategy, mentoring the team, and ensuring high-quality releases in an Agile environment.
Key Requirements (Mobile Automation – Priority)

• Built CI-based regression pipelines with release gating and parallel execution
• Experience with device matrix testing using Firebase Test Lab or BrowserStack
• Owned production quality metrics using Firebase Crashlytics
• Strong expertise in ANR/crash analysis and OEM-specific issue debugging
• Experience working on large-scale consumer mobile applications
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining Flutter automation frameworks (integration_test/Appium)
• Experience executing automation on real devices with CI/CD integration

Additional Responsibilities (QA Leadership & Full-Stack Quality)

• Own QA strategy, test planning, and release quality for all products
• Lead and mentor QA engineers; review test cases and automation scripts
• Design, maintain, and enhance automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium, Cypress)
• Oversee functional, regression, integration, API, and cross-platform testing
• Track and manage defects using JIRA and ensure timely closure
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams in Agile ceremonies
• Act as the final quality checkpoint before production releases
Required Skills & Experience

• 6–9 years of QA experience with 2+ years in a Lead/Senior role
• Strong hands-on experience in manual and automation testing
• Expertise in Selenium/Appium/Cypress and API testing (Postman/Rest Assured)
• Solid understanding of Agile, SDLC, and STLC
• Experience testing B2C products in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
