Role Overview

We are seeking a Software Developer Intern who already possesses foundational experience in both website and mobile app development. Unlike a traditional intern who is learning from scratch, we need you to hit the ground running. You will work closely with our senior developers to build, test, and deploy real-world applications that will be used by actual customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Cross-Platform Development: Assist in building responsive websites and hybrid/native mobile applications.
• Feature Implementation: Translate UI/UX designs into clean, functional code for both web and mobile interfaces.
• API Integration: Connect mobile apps and websites to backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Database Management: Write efficient queries and manage data storage for both web and mobile environments.
• Debugging & Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and bugs in existing codebases and devise solutions to these problems.
• Collaboration: Work with the product and design teams to ensure technical feasibility and a smooth user experience across all devices.
• Documentation: Document code and technical processes for future maintenance.

Required Technical Skills

Candidates must demonstrate prior project work (academic, freelance, or personal) in the following areas:

• Frontend Web: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6) . Experience with modern frameworks like React.js or Vue.js is highly preferred.
• Mobile Development: Experience building at least one mobile application. This can be:
• Native: Java (Android) or Swift (iOS).
• Cross-Platform: Flutter or React Native (Highly preferred).
• Backend Basics: Familiarity with server-side languages such as Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), or PHP.
• Databases: Working knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Firebase.
• Version Control: Experience using Git and GitHub/GitLab.
• API Knowledge: Understanding of RESTful services and JSON.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to have)

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• A portfolio/GitHub link showcasing past web and mobile projects.
• Basic understanding of State Management (e.g., Redux, Provider, Bloc).
• Knowledge of deploying apps to Google Play Store or Apple App Store is a huge plus.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
