Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Soft Skills Trainer to enhance the communication and professional readiness of our students, directly supporting their success in placements, higher education, and entrepreneurship.Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver training session focused on communication skills, Interpersonal Skills and core soft skills.

- Utilise cutting-edge and engaging methodologies, including activity-based learning, role plays, group discussions, and experiential learning.

- Maintain high-quality training standards in both online and offline (in-person) environments.

- Evaluate student assignments, presentations, and mock exercises, providing timely, personalized feedback to accelerate skill development.

- Conduct regular assessments to identify individual and departmental skill gaps, integrating these insights and placement requirements directly into training curricula and lesson plans.

- Boost student employability and exam readiness through regular professional development counselling, effectively enhancing communication skills and reducing dropout rates.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Any Bachelor's or Master's Degree.

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in soft skills/communication training, preferably within a higher education setting (college students).

- Essential Skills – Training delivery skills, Interpersonal Skills and highly effective communication skills (both written and oral).

- Proficiency in MS Office Package for content creation and presentation.
