Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Trainer, located in Nagpur. The Social Media Trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions on social media strategies, tools, and techniques. Other day-to-day tasks include providing guidance to individuals and teams, analyzing trends, creating training materials, and mentoring participants to improve their social media presence and execution. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to stay updated with the evolving digital landscape.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Social Media Management, Content Strategy, and digital platforms
• Training capabilities, public speaking skills, and experience in conducting online workshops
• Proficiency in different social media platforms
• Experience with Social Media Analytics, Campaign Optimization, and Trend Analysis
• Strong interpersonal skills for mentoring individuals and collaborating with teams
• Ability to stay updated with the latest social media marketing trends and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience as a trainer or instructor in social media marketing is a plus
