Job Overview:‍

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Social Media Specialist (B2B) to develop and execute organic and paid social media strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing brand visibility, driving engagement, and managing social media campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Organic Social Media Strategy:
  • Develop and implement organic social media strategies to grow audience engagement across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for engagement and brand growth.
  • Create a cohesive strategy to enhance brand visibility and drive meaningful interactions with the audience.

  • 2. Ad Campaign Creation & Management:
  • Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Set up and manage ad accounts, including budget monitoring, performance analysis, and adjustments for optimal results.
  • Design targeted ad campaigns to meet marketing goals such as increasing followers, boosting engagement, or driving sales.

  • 3. Content Calendar Management:
  • Develop and maintain detailed content calendars to plan posts and campaigns in advance.
  • Collaborate with the content and creative teams to ensure posts align with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
  • Ensure consistent posting schedules and timely updates across all platforms.

  • Required Skills & Experience:
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Proven experience managing both organic and paid social media campaigns.
  • Expertise in setting up and managing social media ad accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Proficiency in creating engaging content strategies and developing content calendars.
  • Strong knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
  • Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative social media ideas that drive engagement.
  • Experience in budget management for ad campaigns and optimizing ROI.

  • Good to Have:
  • Experience creating reports in Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with popular social media tools like Hootsuite.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and partnership strategies.
  • Experience strategizing and managing organic and paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Creative Designs and need portfolios

  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
