Job Title: Social Media & E-commerce Executive (Content + Operations)

Company: Swad India (Premium Food Brand)

Location: Kharadi, Pune (On-site role only)

Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Salary: ₹22,000 - ₹30,000 per month

About Us

Swad India is a premium gourmet brand curating the finest regional and international food specialties. We are a woman-led, small, friendly team building a modern D2C brand from the ground up. You will work directly with the founders and gain hands-on experience across content creation, e-commerce management, and customer experience.

What You Will Do:

The work will be a mix of-

1. Social Media & Content Creation

• Shoot aesthetic product Reels, videos & photos using mobile.
• Edit daily Reels using VN / CapCut / InShot with a premium visual aesthetic.
• Create Canva graphics for promotions, product cards, and WhatsApp broadcasts.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content of new arrivals and order fulfillment.

2. E-commerce Operations

• Generate shipping labels on Shopify and coordinate with courier partners.
• Upload new products, update inventory, and maintain product listings.
• Handle packing and dispatch (Hands-on): You will take ownership of packaging to ensure every order looks premium.
• Track stock levels and manage dispatch workflow.

3. Customer Experience

• Interact with customers via WhatsApp, calls, and email.
• Provide polite, clear, and professional responses in English.
• Manage WhatsApp broadcast lists to drive engagement.
• Share order updates and handle queries with care.

Who We're Looking For

• Tech-savvy: Comfortable with Instagram Reels, Canva, mobile video editing apps, and Excel.
• Language: Excellent spoken & written English (mandatory).
• Organized & Proactive: You are adaptable and comfortable supporting operations (packing/logistics) during busy periods.
• Experience: 1–3 years in social media, content creation, or e-commerce (Talented freshers with strong portfolios are welcome).
