Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and creative SMO Executive & Content Writer who can manage and grow the social media presence of companies. The ideal candidate should have experience in social media strategy, content writing, and trend analysis, with the ability to create engaging content that increases brand visibility and audience engagement.

The candidate should also have basic knowledge of SEO practices and be capable of supporting SEO-related tasks whenever required by the company.

Roles and responsibilities :
  • Manage and optimize company profiles on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish social media posts regularly.
  • Monitor social media engagement including comments, messages, and reviews.
  • Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.

  • Content Writing
  • Create high-quality content for social media posts, captions, blogs, and marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure content is aligned with the company’s brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Generate creative ideas for posts, reels, campaigns, and promotional content.

  • Trend & Market Research
  • Stay updated with current social media trends and viral content formats.
  • Identify trending topics and implement them effectively for company marketing.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and suggest strategies for improvement.

  • SEO Support (If Required)
  • Assist in basic SEO activities such as keyword research, blog optimization, and on-page SEO.
  • Ensure content is SEO-friendly and optimized for search engines.
  • Coordinate with the SEO team to improve website visibility and traffic.

  • Performance Monitoring
  • Track and analyze social media metrics such as reach, engagement, and audience growth.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements.

  • Skills & Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media Management.
  • Strong content writing and storytelling skills in English.
  • Good understanding of social media algorithms and audience engagement strategies.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO techniques and keyword optimization.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and analytics platforms.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative content ideas.
  • Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva or similar platforms is an advantage.

  • Educational Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Business, or a related field.

    Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
