About the Role:

looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive &

Copywriter to lead the ideation, execution, and management of social

media campaigns across platforms.

This role requires a

strong grasp of brand communication, content planning, community

engagement, influencer marketing, and performance trackingwhile

bringing fresh content ideas to life through copywriting, visual

storytelling, and shoots.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Planning

o Build and execute social media strategy through audience research, benchmarking, and platform insights

o Create monthly content calendars and syndication schedules aligned with brand objectives

o Plan and execute social media campaigns in collaboration with internal teams

• Copywriting & Content Creation

o Write compelling copy for posts, stories, ads, videos, and other marketing content

o Work closely with design and video teams to conceptualize engaging creatives and reels

o Assist in managing and coordinating brand and client shoots for social media content

• Platform & Community Management

o Set up and optimize company pages on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.

o Communicate with followers, respond to queries, and manage reviews to build community engagement

o Monitor, analyze, and report on platform metrics and campaign ROI using analytics tools

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-8years of hands-on experience in social media marketing
