We are looking for an experienced and strategic Social Media Marketing Head to lead our social media presence and digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing social media strategies, managing campaigns, and leading a team to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

This role requires strong leadership skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of social media trends and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies
• Manage and oversee all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Lead and manage the social media and design team
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies
• Coordinate with marketing, content, and design teams for campaign execution
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and algorithms

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools and advertising platforms
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills
• Experience in running paid ad campaigns on social media platforms
