Social Media Marketing Executive / Intern (UGC Content Creator)

Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Executive / Intern who has a strong interest in UGC (User-Generated Content) creation and social media marketing. The ideal candidate should be comfortable creating engaging short-form videos, reels, and social media content, and have a passion for trends, storytelling and digital branding.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging UGC-style videos for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
• Assist in planning and executing social media content calendars
• Shoot, edit, and publish short-form video content
• Stay updated with latest trends, audio, and viral formats
• Manage and grow social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
• Write captions, hooks, and basic content copy
• Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns and content ideas
• Analyze performance metrics (likes, reach, engagement) and improve content strategy
• Assist in influencer collaborations and content ideation

Requirements

• Fresher / Intern or 0–1 year experience in social media marketing
• Strong interest in UGC content creation and video making
• Basic knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook algorithms
• Comfortable in front of the camera (preferred but not mandatory)
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, VN, or similar tools)
• Creative mindset with attention to trends and aesthetics
• Good communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in creating reels, trending videos, or personal content pages
• Understanding of hooks, storytelling, and audience engagement
• Knowledge of hashtags, posting strategies, and analytics
• Ability to generate viral and engaging content ideas
