Job Summary

We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and amplify our brand voice. You'll be responsible for developing and executing compelling social media strategies, creating engaging content, and growing our community across various platforms to drive brand awareness, client engagement, and salon bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• *Strategy & Planning:* Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
• *Content Creation:* Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (text, images, video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community interaction. This includes showcasing salon services, promotions, stylist work, and behind-the-scenes glimpses.
• *Community Management:* Actively monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "social voice" while escalating issues and opportunities to the relevant internal teams.
• *Campaign Management:* Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• *Performance Analysis:* Regularly analyze social media performance using analytics tools, report on key metrics, and derive insights to optimize future strategies.
• *Trend Monitoring:* Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, best practices, and algorithm changes to ensure our strategy remains cutting-edge.
• *Brand Voice:* Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all social media channels.
• *Collaboration:* Work closely with the marketing, operations, and creative teams to ensure integrated campaigns and content.

Requirements

• *Experience:* 5-7 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
• *Platform Expertise:* In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
• *Content Skills:* Excellent copywriting, editing, and verbal communication skills. Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
• *Analytical Prowess:* Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools. Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• *Strategic Thinker:* Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful social media strategies.
• *Creative & Proactive:* Highly creative with an eye for aesthetics and an ability to spot emerging trends. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• *Communication:* Strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and community engagement.

Work Location: Teynampet, Chennai.
