Splashit is hiring a full-time Social Media Manager for our Bengaluru studio.

We’re looking for someone who understands content, has a strong eye for visuals, and can help us build Splashit into a brand people love to follow online. This role is mainly focused on Instagram, with some posting and content support for Twitter/X as well.

Work mode: Hybrid
Location: Bengaluru
Schedule: 3 days work from studio, 2 days work from home

What you’ll do

• Create engaging photo, video, reel, and story content for Splashit
• Plan and manage the content calendar
• Shoot and edit day-to-day social media content at the studio
• Post consistently across Instagram and support posting on Twitter/X
• Come up with fresh content ideas, trends, campaigns, and hooks
• Cover events, customer experiences, workshops, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Coordinate with the team to highlight offers, launches, special events, and collaborations
• Help grow engagement, followers, and overall brand presence
• Track what content is performing and improve based on insights

Who we’re looking for

• Someone with good aesthetic sense and content instincts
• Comfortable shooting and editing content on phone and/or camera
• Knows Instagram well — reels, stories, trends, captions, engagement
• Can write simple, catchy, brand-appropriate copy
• Organized, proactive, and able to execute quickly
• Someone who enjoys being around creative, fun, high-energy spaces
• Prior experience in social media/content creation is preferred

Bonus if you have

• Experience with lifestyle, kids, events, entertainment, or experience-based brands
• Basic design/editing skills on Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
• A personal content page or portfolio of work
