Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Mumbai for a dynamic Social Media Manager to handle multiple brand accounts (Real Estate is an advantage). The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal creative teams, and ensuring timely delivery of marketing campaigns and communication assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with real estate developer clients.
• Understand project briefs, campaign requirements, and marketing objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, video, copy, performance marketing) for execution.
• Oversee the development of creatives, videos, digital campaigns, and marketing collaterals.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and feedback discussions.
• Maintain project timelines and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

Eligibility:

• 2+ years of experience in account management or client servicing (preferably in real estate marketing).
• Understanding of the real estate industry and project marketing lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
