About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Meta Ads Expert to build SUYU into a strong skincare voice on Instagram and other platforms. This role is critical for organic growth, brand storytelling, and supporting paid creative initiatives.

Role Overview:

You will own SUYU’s social presence end-to-end, including content planning, execution, community management, and coordination with performance marketing for ad creatives.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy and Planning:
Build a monthly content calendar aligned with launches and campaigns
Plan reels, carousels, stories, and educational content
Develop strong skincare storytelling and brand voice
Identify trends relevant to beauty and skincare

Execution:
Manage daily posting across Instagram and other relevant platforms
Coordinate with designers and video editors
Ensure consistent visual identity and tone of voice
Support UGC sourcing and creator coordination

Growth and Engagement:
Improve engagement rate and follower growth quality
Manage comments, direct messages, and community interactions
Run influencer seeding and collaborations
Track content performance including saves, shares, and clicks

Performance Support:
Work closely with the performance team on ad creatives
Identify high-performing organic content for paid scaling
Share weekly social performance insights

Must-Have Requirements:
3–5 years managing social media for D2C or consumer brands
Strong understanding of Instagram and Reels
Experience in skincare or beauty category preferred
Solid copywriting skills
Understanding of content that drives conversion, not just aesthetics
Basic understanding of performance marketing is an added advantage

Positive-to-Have:
Existing creator or influencer network
UGC coordination experience
Basic design sense
Familiarity with Canva or basic editing tools
