The Role We're looking for a creative, enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join the ThemCurves team. This is a remote-first internship, though occasional in-person availability within Ahmedabad will be required for shoots, collaborations, and brand activities. The engagement can be structured as part-time or full-time depending on your availability. You'll work directly with the founder, get hands-on with real brand content, and play an active role in growing our Instagram and Pinterest presence. What You'll Do Content Creation & Management Plan and manage a monthly content calendar for Instagram and Pinterest Create and edit Reels, static posts, carousels, and Stories that are on-brand Write captions in our brand tone — Hinglish, empowering, real, and non-salesy Design graphics using Canva or similar tools for posts and templates Repurpose content across formats and platforms strategically Influencer & Creator Coordination Identify, outreach, and manage relationships with micro-influencers and creators Brief influencers on campaign requirements and review their deliverables Track and organise influencer content and usage rights Support in executing collab campaigns end-to-end Community Management Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and mentions across Instagram Engage with our audience authentically and in real time Flag product feedback, customer queries, and trending conversations to the founder Analytics & Reporting Track weekly and monthly performance metrics across Instagram and Pinterest Prepare simple, clear reports covering reach, engagement, follower growth, and saves Identify what's working and suggest content pivots based on data Monitor competitor and industry trends to keep our content fresh What We're Looking For Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field — this is a must Based in Ahmedabad (preferred) — available occasionally for in-person requirements A genuine understanding of Instagram — Reels, trends, what makes content scroll-stopping Curiosity about Pinterest and how it works for fashion and lifestyle brands Eye for aesthetics — you know what looks good on a feed Comfortable writing in Hinglish and picking up a brand's tone of voice Basic graphic design skills (Canva is a must; CapCut or any editing app is a plus) Organised, responsive, and able to take ownership without being micromanaged Genuine passion for fashion, body positivity, and women-first brands Prior internship or college project experience in social media is a bonus, but not required Nice to Have Prior experience with a D2C fashion or lifestyle brand Video editing skills for Reels Familiarity with influencer outreach and campaign coordination Understanding of content frameworks like AIDA or TOFU/MOFU/BOFU What We Offer Monthly stipend (based on engagement — part-time or full-time structure) A certificate of internship upon completion Real, hands-on experience working on a live brand — not just mock projects A front-row seat to building a founder-led fashion brand from the ground up Creative freedom — your ideas will actually be heard and tried Flexible, remote working arrangement Potential for a long-term role as the brand scales How to Apply Send us a DM or email with the following: A brief introduction about yourself Links to Instagram or Pinterest accounts you've managed (college projects count!) 2–3 content samples or a mini portfolio Your availability (part-time / full-time) and expected stipend ThemCurves — For Every Curve.
