The Role:
We're looking for a creative and self-driven Social Media Manager to build Niyat's presence on Instagram from the ground up. You'll manage the content calendar, shoot and edit Reels, design creatives, write copy, and grow a community of pilgrims and establish Niyat as a trusted voice in the Muslim community.

What You'll Do:

• Plan and manage a monthly content calendar for Instagram.
• Shoot and edit short-form video content including Reels.
• Design static posts, carousels, and Story graphics (Canva / Adobe / equivalent).
• Write captions that reflect Niyat's brand voice — warm, authentic, and purposeful.
• Grow followers organically through consistent posting and community engagement.

What We're Looking For:

• Atleast 2 years of hands-on social media management experience.
• Strong Reels production skills.
• Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
• Eye for design and basic graphic creation skills.
• Copywriting ability in English (knowledge of Urdu, Tamil, or Malayalam is a plus).
• Self-starter who can work independently with minimal hand-holding.

Good to Have:

• Prior experience with lifestyle, apparel, or premium consumer brands.
• Familiarity with faith-based or community-driven marketing.
• Understanding of Instagram analytics and basic paid promotion.
