Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive/Specialist to manage and grow our social media presence. The candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and handle company social media platforms ( you Tube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Plan and execute social media campaigns for brand promotion and lead generation
• Create engaging content including posts, captions, creatives, and videos
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities
• Run paid campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and optimize performance
• Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and insights
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries professionally
• Coordinate with design and sales teams for campaign execution

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and online advertising
• Creative thinking and content writing skills
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Familiarity with Basic designing skills, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software etc.)

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Certification in Digital Marketing is an added advantage
