Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media Manager cum Videographer to handle our digital presence across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and other social media channels. The ideal candidate should be skilled in shooting, editing, and publishing engaging real estate content while managing and growing our official social media accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Videography:

• Shoot high-quality videos of properties (site visits, walkthroughs, project highlights)
• Create engaging reels, short videos, and YouTube content
• Handle video editing, transitions, voiceovers, and basic graphics
• Capture photos and videos for marketing campaigns and events

Social Media Management:

• Manage and maintain company accounts (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
• Plan and execute a content calendar
• Post regular updates, reels, stories, and videos
• Write engaging captions, hashtags, and descriptions
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement

Marketing & Growth:

• Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, and leads
• Stay updated with social media trends and real estate content ideas
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaigns
• Track performance metrics and generate reports

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in social media management and videography
• Experience in real estate content creation is a plus

Skills Required:

• Strong videography and video editing skills (mobile + camera)
• Knowledge of editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.)
• Creativity and storytelling ability
• Understanding of Instagram & YouTube algorithms
• Basic photography and lighting knowledge
• Good communication and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in shooting property walkthroughs
• Drone videography skills (added advantage)
• Knowledge of paid ads and boosting posts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,744.15 - ₹20,000.00 per month
