Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Manager & Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage social media accounts for our ecommerce clients, handle customer interactions, resolve customer queries and situations, and ensure a seamless customer experience across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, etc.) for ecommerce clients

- Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content

- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media platforms

- Handle customer support inquiries via phone calls, chat, and email

- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex situations professionally

- Track and report on social media performance and customer support metrics

- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for client growth

- Use AI tools to optimize content creation, scheduling, and customer response efficiency

- Maintain a positive brand image for all client accounts

- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management or customer support

- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices

- Experience with AI tools for content creation and workflow optimization

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to handle customer calls and manage customer interactions professionally

- Strong team collaboration skills

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

- Basic understanding of ecommerce operations

- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory; Hindi proficiency is a plus

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
