Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and execute our social media strategy across various platforms. The Social Media Executive will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, engaging with our community, and driving key business outcomes. This role requires someone who is passionate about social media trends, content creation, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation & Strategy:
  • Assist in developing and executing a social media strategy that enhances brand visibility, boosts engagement, and drives traffic. Help create a content calendar and post content across social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Community Engagement:

  • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social platforms in a timely and friendly manner. Engage with followers to build relationships and foster a positive community.
  • Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and report on key social media metrics, such as engagement rates, reach, and growth. Help prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, identifying trends and insights. Ensure the brand’s voice is consistent across all social platforms. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align content with the overall brand and marketing objectives. Assist in running social media campaigns, including paid ads, to promote products, events, and brand initiatives. Help track campaign performance and optimize for better results. Keep up with emerging trends, tools, and platform updates to ensure the brand remains relevant in the ever-changing digital landscape.

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • Platforms Expertise:

  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.
  • Communication:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity in content writing. Ability to come up with fresh ideas and engaging content that connects with the target audience. Basic understanding of social media analytics tools and how to track performance (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
