Job Title: Social Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Mailchimp, etc.)
Create, edit, and optimize engaging short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram Reels
Manage day-to-day social media activities and community engagement
Monitor trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms
Run paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
Track performance metrics and generate monthly reports
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to develop skilled and branded posts
Optimize content based on analytics and insights
Build and manage influencer collaborations (if required)

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
Solid understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
Extensive experience using Canva, Adobe or other platforms to design/edit qualified social media posts
Knowledge of paid advertising campaigns
Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with high attention to detail
Ability to analyze data and improve performance

Salary- 20-22k (4 hours)
