Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager (SMM) / Content Strategist based in Noida. The role involves managing and executing social media campaigns, creating and optimizing content strategies, and driving engagement across various social media platforms. Daily responsibilities include planning and scheduling posts, creating compelling written content, analyzing social media performance metrics, and implementing SMO tactics to boost reach and impact. Collaboration with creative teams and regular communication with clients will also be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Ability to develop and execute effective Content Strategies
• Strong Writing and Communication skills for creating and presenting engaging content
• Expertise in analytics tools to monitor and enhance social media performance
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Familiarity with the latest social media trends, platforms, and strategies
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in marketing or content creation for visual or creative industries is a plus
