Scheduling & Posting: Use scheduling tools to plan and post content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, ensuring timely and consistent brand messaging.
Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels to interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering a positive online community.
Market & Trend Research: Stay updated on social media trends, competitor strategies, and recent features on each platform. Share insights with the team and suggest ideas to enhance engagement.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as engagement rates and follower growth, and prepare reports to assess campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, collaborating with the team to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing goals.
