**Key Responsibilities**
- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage daily operations of social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and others.
- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with brand objectives.
- **Performance Analytics**:

- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
- Generate reports on engagement, reach, follower growth, and other KPIs.
- Provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- **Platform Optimization**:

- Implement strategies to optimize social media profiles and content for maximum engagement and visibility.
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and trends.
- **Content Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with content creators and graphic designers to produce high-quality posts, stories, and reels.
- Ensure content is tailored to platform-specific audiences.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to enhance brand reputation.
- Build and maintain an active and engaged online community.
- **Campaign Support**:

- Assist in planning and executing paid campaigns to boost reach and engagement.
- Track campaign performance and ROI.

• *Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Minimum **6 months of experience** in Social Media Optimization.
- Proficiency in handling multiple platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, and third-party tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
