Job Overview We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Growth Manager who can increase followers, engagement, and brand presence on Instagram and YouTube. The candidate should have strong expertise in strategy, execution, analytics, and paid promotions (ads). Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute social media growth strategies for Instagram & YouTube • Plan and manage content calendars aligned with brand goals • Drive organic follower growth, engagement, and reach • Analyze trends, competitors, and audience behavior • Track and optimize performance using analytics & insights • Run and manage paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, YouTube Ads) • Optimize ads for reach, engagement, and conversions • Work closely with designers & content team for high-performing content • Optimize posts using hashtags, captions, SEO, and timing • Take full ownership of campaign execution from planning to results • Experiment with reels, shorts, and viral content formats Key Skills Required: • Strong knowledge of Instagram & YouTube algorithms • Experience in organic growth + paid ads strategy • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager & YouTube Ads • Strong understanding of analytics & performance metrics • Content planning & storytelling skills • Data-driven mindset (A/B testing, optimization) • Creativity + execution focus Preferred Qualification: • 4–6 years of experience in social media growth • Proven track record of growing social media accounts & running ads • Experience working with brands, influencers, or agencies • Familiarity with tools like Meta Insights, YouTube Analytics, Canva, etc. • Execution-focused with ownership mindset • Proven results (portfolio required) Key KPIs: • Follower growth • Engagement rate • Reach & impressions • Ad performance (CTR, CPC, ROAS) • Content performance (Reels/Shorts) • Lead or traffic generation Bonus ( Good to have ) • Influencer marketing experience • Basic video editing skills • Performance marketing knowledge Salary Range & Benefit's: • ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience & performance) • Healthy & Positive Work Environment • Travel Allowance • Ownership & Freedom • Access to Tools & Resources for better executions Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
