Job Title: Social Media Executive / Content Creator – Sports & Community Engagement

Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive / Content Creator to manage and grow the online presence of VPadel Arena. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sports, social media trends, and community engagement. This role involves creating engaging content, interacting with visitors, and building a strong digital presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Posting
• Create and post engaging videos, reels, and posts with trendy captions and hashtags across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.
• Host and appear in reels showcasing padel experiences, events, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• On-site Engagement
• Visit VPadel Arena regularly to capture real-time content.
• Post stories and encourage visitors to tag the page.
• Engage with visitors and collect reviews on Google Business Profile.
• Trend Research & Content Ideation
• Track trending reels, audios, and viral formats on Instagram and YouTube.
• Generate fresh and creative content ideas daily based on trends and audience interest.
• Community Management
• Monitor engagement across all social media platforms.
• Respond promptly to comments, messages, and audience interactions.
• Content Planning
• Plan and manage a weekly social media content calendar.
• Ensure consistent posting and brand storytelling.
• Competitor & Industry Research
• Research successful sports and padel-related pages for inspiration and insights.
• Analyze trending formats and audience behavior.
• Influencer Collaborations
• Identify and connect with local influencers and sports enthusiasts for collaborations and promotional content.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting
• Monitor monthly social media growth including reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Prepare and present a monthly performance report with insights and improvement suggestions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and trending social media formats.
• Basic knowledge of video shooting and editing (mobile or professional tools).
• Excellent communication and creative storytelling skills.
• Ability to stay updated with social media trends and viral content.
• Passion for sports, fitness, or community events is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience managing sports, fitness, or event-based social media pages.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and social media insights.
