We are seeking a talented and strategic Social Media Manager to join our marketing team onsite in India. This role will be responsible for managing, growing, and optimizing our social media presence across global platforms, helping to strengthen brand awareness, drive engagement, and support overall business objectives.
They will have a deep understanding of content formats, attention economics, and algorithm signals, as well as compliance considerations in regulated industries. This person should live and breathe social media, with a passion for creating engaging content and measuring performance.

Take ownership of company social media accounts, including Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and others.
  • Develop and execute content calendars aligned with business and marketing goals.
  • Work closely with content creators, designers, and video editors to brief and optimize social-first assets.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Engage with online communities, responding to comments and messages in a timely, brand-appropriate way.
  • Ensure all social content meets brand, legal, and regulatory requirements.

  • 4+ years of experience managing brand social media accounts (agency or in-house).
  • Proven track record of growing accounts and improving engagement performance.
  • Strong understanding of short-form video content and what drives results.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Experience in regulated industries (finance, fintech, etc.)
