Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily operations of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and others).
Lead and coordinate with a team of social media executives/designers.
Plan, create, and schedule content calendars.
Design posts, stories, reels, and creatives using Canva.
Monitor performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
Engage with audience through comments, messages, and community management.
Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams for campaigns.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms.
Proficient in Canva for designing creatives.
Experience in handling a team.
Good communication and content writing skills.
Understanding of analytics and performance tracking.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
