Here’s what we’re looking for in a Social Media Executive

- Hands-on knowledge of social media marketing

- Experience working in a digital marketing agency

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Job Responsibilities

- Develop engaging social media strategies.
- Manage social media platforms of the organization and our clients.
- Researching appropriate hashtags and accounts to tag and optimize each content piece effectively.
- Scheduling social media posts at the optimal time of day.
- Engaging followers with regular company/client updates.
- Creating brand awareness to gain audience attention.
- Responding to the comments on social media on time.
- Monitoring social media metrics and ROI.
- Analyzing social media trends.
- Find Social media influencers and engage with them to find collaborations.
- Preparing social media engagement and activities reports.
- Coordinating with the Graphic Designer and other team members.
- Staying up to date with the latest social media advertising efforts and goals.
- Maintaining a secure database of all login credentials.
- Remaining abreast of changes to all pertinent social media applications.
- Exploring the potential value of social media sites and strategies that are not yet in our repertoire.
- Use AI Tools to improve productivity

Position Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Analyst, Social Media Strategist, Social Media Executive, or a similar position for at least 1 year.
- Demonstrate the ability to understand the engagement metrics and KPIs.
- Excellent knowledge of research requirements for social media strategy.
- Sound knowledge of social media scheduling platforms such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and others.
- Robust oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize them.
- In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithm changes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A keen eye for details.

Job Timings: 6:00 pm IST to 2:30 am IST

Work Days: Monday to Friday
