🚨 We’re Hiring: Social Media Escalation Specialist (BPO)

We’re looking for someone who can confidently handle customer escalations across X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram & Reddit—with speed, clarity, and the right tone.

✨ What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing and resolving social media escalations end-to-end

  • Maintaining FRT & AHT without compromising quality

  • Crafting sharp, empathetic, and brand-aligned responses

  • Collaborating with internal teams for quick resolutions

    🎯 What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Social Media process (BPO)

  • Excellent communication skills (this one’s non-negotiable)

  • Strong understanding of social media handling & escalations

  • Graduate (mandatory)
