About Us:

At Midknightstudio Private Limited, we are expanding our digital footprint across multiple YouTube channels and social media platforms. We create highly engaging content spanning across diverse niches—including tech, gaming, AI, and education. We are looking for a hyper-creative, permanently-online Content Writer who can spot trends before they peak and turn them into viral concepts for our team.

The Role:

We need an idea machine. As our on-site Content Writer, you won't just be writing captions; you will be the creative engine driving our social media strategy. You will be responsible for conceptualizing new video ideas, scripting long-form and short-form content, and crafting engaging posts across YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms. You will work side-by-side with our video editors and shooting crew in the Baner office to bring your ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brainstorm, research, and pitch new, highly engaging content ideas for our multiple YouTube channels.
• Write compelling, well-paced scripts for YouTube videos (both long-form and Shorts/Reels).
• Monitor social media trends, viral audio, and meme formats to adapt them quickly for our brand.
• Craft catchy titles, descriptions, and engaging community posts to boost audience interaction.
• Collaborate face-to-face with our video editing and production team to ensure the final product matches your vision.
• Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar across various social platforms.

Requirements:

• Freshers are welcome! You don't need years of corporate experience, but you absolutely must have a strong portfolio (this can include your own scripts, a blog, a meme page you run, or creative writing samples).
• You live and breathe internet culture and deeply understand the algorithms of YouTube, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
• Exceptional written communication skills with a knack for storytelling and hooking an audience in the first few seconds.
• A proactive, "idea-first" mindset with the ability to brainstorm on the spot.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site office environment and collaborate closely with the team.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• A strong personal interest or background in tech, gaming, software, or educational content.
• Basic knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) for YouTube.
• Experience running your own YouTube channel, blog, or niche social media account.
