Social Media Content Specialist

(Experience: 3-5 years)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Content Specialist who enjoys social media, understands copy, design, brand and analytics. Someone who likes thinking ideas, understands platforms, and who will be an integral part of our strategy and creative teams. This role involves working closely with clients, building narratives, shaping content calendars, identifying trends, and ensuring every asset reflects the TIC standard of clarity and impact.

Key Responsibilities

Content and Copy

• Write clear, platform ready copy for social media channels, blogs and campaigns
• Come up with story angles, hooks and messaging structures

Social Media Execution

• Build content calendars and manage day to day posting
• Coordinate production for carousels, reels, short videos and posts
• Be responsible for quality checks for copy and design
• Track performance and analytics to shape strategy.

Collaboration

• Work with clients, designers and editors to bring ideas to life
• Present concepts and take ownership of feedback, timelines and deliverables
• Support in client management and preparing decks, reports when needed

What You Bring

• Strong command of writing for digital platforms
• Understanding of design basics and how content works visually
• Ability to think strategically and simplify complex ideas
• Ability to apply data insights to creative decisions
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in an agency or content first role is must

Navi Mumbai (Work from office)

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
