We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Content Creator based in Mohali to become the digital voice of our brands, ensuring our properties stand out through compelling visual storytelling and effective digital marketing strategies.

Work Schedule

To enable real-time collaboration with our Canadian headquarters, this position follows a late-evening shift.

Shift Options

Option A:

• 5 Half Days per week
• 6 PM – 10 PM IST

Option B:

• 3 Full Business Days per week
• 6 PM – 3 AM IST

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation

• Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, and visual content tailored for hospitality and senior living brands.
• Content Writing.
• Develop content that highlights luxury lifestyle, guest experience, and community living.

Social Media Management

• Manage daily publishing through Meta Business Suite.
• Maintain consistent branding and posting schedules across platforms.

Design & Offline Marketing

• Design professional brochures for retirement communities.
• Create hotel signage, promotional banners, and corporate marketing materials.

Community Engagement

• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions during Canadian business hours.
• Build trust, engagement, and brand loyalty with audiences.

Performance Monitoring

• Analyze social media performance metrics.
• Optimize content strategies to ensure strong reach, engagement, and brand growth.

Professional Requirements:

Technical Skills

• Expert proficiency in CapCut
• Advanced skills in Canva
• Strong working knowledge of Meta Business Suite
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop / Illustrator / Premiere Pro) is a strong advantage.

Communication

• Excellent written English skills
• Ability to adapt tone between:
• Luxury hospitality marketing
• Empathetic senior living communication

Portfolio

• Demonstrated experience managing professional social media accounts
• Must provide portfolio links or content samples

Work Environment

• Must be able to work from the Mohali office during the night shift.
