About the internship:
We are looking for a 'Social Media Content Creator Intern' who can help create engaging short-form video content (Reels/Shorts) for social media platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating content, understands social media trends, and is comfortable appearing on camera. The intern will work closely with the growth and content team to plan and create content that drives engagement, builds audience trust, and supports brand growth.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

A. Content Creation (Primary Responsibility):

1. Creating engaging short-form video content for social media platforms, including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels.

2. Producing educational, explainer, lifestyle, relatable, trend-based, story-driven, and informational short-form videos.

B. On-Camera Content Creation (Important):

1. Appearing in social media reels and videos when required.

2. Delivering content in a clear, engaging, and relatable manner.

3. Helping create content that connects well with social media audiences.

C. Content Ideation and Trend Research:

1. Identifying trending content formats and social media trends.

2. Suggesting new content ideas, hooks, and storytelling formats.

3. Staying updated with short-form video trends.

D. Social Media Support:

1. Assisting with content publishing and scheduling.

2. Monitoring comments and audience engagement.

3. Supporting basic community interaction.

E. Performance Learning and Optimization:

1. Understanding basic social media performance metrics such as video views, engagement rate, watch time, and follower growth.

2. Learning how content performance is tracked and optimized.
