*Full job description**
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Manager who can handle all social media platforms end-to-end and confidently use AI tools to create, optimise, and scale content.
This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

• Key Responsibilities**
· Manage and grow all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube
· Plan, create, schedule, and publish reels, posts, carousels, stories, and shorts
· Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals and campaigns
· Write engaging captions, hooks, hashtags, and CTAs tailored to each platform
· Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, video AI tools, etc.) to:
· Generate content ideas
· Assist with captions & scripts
· Create visual concepts and mockups
· Speed up editing and optimization
· Coordinate with designers, videographers, and marketing teams
· Monitor insights, analytics, and performance; optimize content based on data
· Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and AI innovations
· Maintain consistent brand voice, aesthetics, and quality

• Required Skills & Qualifications**
· Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms
· Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, short-form video, and trends
· Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation and ideation
· Basic knowledge of Canva, video editing apps, and scheduling tools
· Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
· Good aesthetic sense and attention to detail (luxury / beauty content preferred)
· Good to Have (Bonus Skills)
· Experience in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brands
· Knowledge of influencer collaborations and UGC content
· Paid ads or performance marketing basics
· Photography or video shooting experience
