Language: only Bengali (others please ignore)Location: Hyderabad - Work From OfficeExperience: FreshersLaptop is mustKey Responsibilities:Identify and onboard micro, macro, and celebrity influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other collaborations, barter deals, and paid campaigns based on performance metrics.Coordinate product seeding and ensure timely delivery and campaign execution.Brief influencers on campaign objectives, messaging, and product USPs.Monitor, track, and analyze influencer performance and content quality.Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators and content partners.Leverage influencer-generated content across other marketing channels (ads, website, social).Edit and repurpose influencer videos for reels, ads, YouTube Shorts, and other content aligns with brand aesthetics, skincare messaging, and current trends.Stay updated with industry trends, creator landscape, and competitors’ influencer :Candidate who recently graduate can apply.Solid understanding of influencer ecosystem, especially Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.Basic to intermediate video editing skills (using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar).Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Aesthetic sensibility and understanding of what makes positive UGC/content.Passion for skincare, beauty, and wellness is a huge plus.
