Role Description

We are seeking a Social Media Associate – Short-Form Content & Video Editor, based at our Jaipur office. This is an on-site job that focuses on creating dynamic and engaging short-form content.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys editing videos and understands how short-form content works on platforms like Instagram. The primary focus of this role will be on video editing and content publishing, along with supporting content planning, shooting, and overall execution.

Core Requirement

Working knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar, with the ability to create clean, engaging Instagram-style content

Key Responsibilities

• Edit engaging short-form videos for Instagram (Reels and similar formats)
• Execute content based on provided ideas, scripts, and direction
• Apply clean, modern editing styles aligned with current trends
• Ensure consistency in quality and brand tone across content
• Assist with basic content shooting, using smartphones - awareness of framing, lighting, and composition (can be learned on the job)

Ideal Candidate

• 0–2 years of experience in content creation or video editing
• Detail-oriented with a good sense of visual storytelling
• Familiar with Instagram trends and content formats
• Willing to learn and improve continuously
