We are seeking a highly organized and creative social media & website manager to manage the digital presence of multiple brands. This role will be responsible for overseeing all social media platforms, maintaining websites, creating content, managing social media calendars, and providing analytics insights to drive engagement and growth.

The ideal candidate combines creative storytelling, marketing execution, and analytics-driven decision making, with experience supporting education, learning, or professional development platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Manage and maintain multiple social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).

  • Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar in coordination with the Director.

  • Create engaging posts including graphics, carousels, reels, and short-form videos.

  • Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.

  • Monitor comments, messages, and engagement across platforms.

  • Content Creation

  • Draft and publish thought leadership content, including blogs and articles for LinkedIn and company websites.

  • Create educational and informative posts aligned with brand messaging.

  • Collaborate with the Director to ensure content reflects brand voice and strategic goals.

  • Assist in developing campaign content for program launches, announcements, and community engagement.

  • Website Management

  • Maintain and update company websites including:

  • o Content updates

    o Program pages

    o Blog posts

    o Landing pages

  • Ensure websites are current, visually consistent, and optimized for user experience.

  • Coordinate updates related to program launches, events, and marketing campaigns.

  • Analytics & Performance Reporting

  • Track and analyze social media and website performance metrics.

  • Provide monthly analytics reports including:

  • o Audience growth

    o Engagement rates

    o Content performance

    o Website traffic insights

  • Provide recommendations to improve reach and engagement.

  • Platform & Community Support

  • Manage tools and platforms used for online education or community engagement (learning platforms, course platforms, or membership portals).

  • Support content publishing for courses or educational materials when required.

  • Qualifications

    Required

  • 3+ years’ experience in social media management or digital marketing

  • Experience managing multiple brand accounts

  • Strong writing skills for blogs, LinkedIn posts, and educational content

  • Experience with social media tools such as:

  • o Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout Social

  • Basic experience with website management platforms such as:

  • o WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Shopify

  • Ability to interpret analytics and translate insights into action.

  • Preferred

  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools

  • Basic video editing experience for reels and short-form video content.

  • Understanding of SEO and content marketing strategies.
