We're looking for a creative thinker who can not only design engaging content but also understands the business side of marketing — someone who knows how to turn posts and ads into real leads .

This is a full-time remote role for a social media marketing specialist located in Chennai with the option for some hybrid work. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing social media marketing campaigns, creating engaging social media content, and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Manage and grow social media accounts for Digitalestial and its clients .
Create and publish engaging organic content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Plan and execute organic lead generation strategies through content, storytelling, and community building.
Increase brand recognition by consistently improving page engagement, reach, and followers.
Monitor account performance, generate reports, and suggest improvements.
Stay updated with the latest trends in social media, content creation, and platform algorithms.
Collaborate with the SEO and PPC teams for integrated marketing efforts.

1–3 years of experience managing business social media accounts.

• Strong understanding of organic social media marketing and lead generation strategies.
• Hands-on experience in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn , and basic knowledge of YouTube marketing is a plus.
• Good skills in content writing , caption writing , and basic graphic design (Canva preferred).
• Strong communication skills and a mindset for learning and growth.

Experience with basic video editing (for reels, shorts, etc.).
Understanding of social media analytics tools.
